Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Campaign Owl ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Campaign Owl is operated from the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by English law.

2. What Campaign Owl does

Campaign Owl is a PPC audit and account management tool that analyses your Google Ads accounts and provides recommendations. The Service:

• Uses read-only access to your advertising accounts
• Does not make changes to your campaigns, bids, budgets, or ads
• Provides recommendations and suggestions only — you decide what to act on
• Uses AI to classify search terms, suggest ad copy improvements, and generate campaign structures

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. You must provide accurate information when registering.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes all your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription, billing, and refunds

Campaign Owl is a paid service with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Each plan has a connection limit and a user/team limit — exceeding either requires an upgrade

Refund policy

Every Campaign Owl plan comes with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends with one click and you won't be charged.

After your trial converts to a paid subscription, you can cancel any time. Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period and you keep full access until then. We don't provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.

If you believe you were charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, contact maria@campaignowl.co.uk and we'll review case-by-case.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service to access accounts you are not authorised to manage
• Attempt to circumvent connection limits or billing
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
• Resell access to the Service without our written consent

6. Recommendations and liability

Campaign Owl provides recommendations based on automated analysis of your advertising data. These are suggestions, not guarantees.

• You are responsible for any changes you make to your advertising accounts based on our recommendations
• We do not guarantee specific performance improvements, cost savings, or revenue increases
• AI-generated ad copy and campaign structures are starting points — always review and adapt them for your business
• Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim

7. Data and privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We use read-only access — we never modify your advertising accounts
• OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
• You can delete all your data at any time

8. White-label and agency use

If you use Campaign Owl's white-label features to provide reports to your clients:

• You are responsible for your relationship with your clients
• You must have proper authorisation to access the advertising accounts you connect
• White-label reports represent your brand — you are responsible for the advice you provide based on our data

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google Ads, Stripe, etc.) which may experience their own outages.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
